Profile
Ms. McIver is a partner of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. Her practice focuses on estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. She represents clients in making lifetime gifts and testamentary dispositions, including multi-generational wealth transfers and charitable giving. Ms. McIver advises her clients with respect to complex estate and gift tax planning strategies, incorporating both pre-death and post mortem planning techniques. In addition, she represents clients in probating wills, funding trusts, and complying with the fiduciary roles of her clients as personal representatives and trustees.
